Discovery class in Langlade – M. Toth class (1)

by Sainte Croisine

After a good first night at the Langlade settlement, the students woke up in a gloomy weather.

However, although the day was wet, it was also very interesting and the children were able to appreciate the different activities on offer. This morning, the students went to the site of the mouth of the Belle-Rivière. On site, they were able to study through old photographs what has been the evolution of this mouth through the decades. They also made a sketch of the site.

The afternoon also filled them while they were able to go fishing in the pond. The goal is to capture several living creatures of this ecosystem. The exploitation of this fishery is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

For the rest everyone is like a charm and everyone appreciates this stay.

See you tomorrow for more news !
